Isabella Chen holds a degree in Business Administration from Centro Universitário Braz Cubas. Her professional career began in 2017 when she entered the Human Resources field, focusing on Recruitment & Selection at the renowned multinational agricultural company AGCO Corporation.

This initial period was essential for developing her skills, providing a solid foundation in recruitment processes and talent management within a large organization. Subsequently, Isabella broadened her experience by briefly working in the administrative and commercial areas, which complemented her professional profile and expanded her organizational perspective.

In 2022, Isabella joined the Recruitment & Selection team at the law firm Demarest, where she gained extensive experience in legal recruitment across various practice areas of the firm. In addition to managing selection processes, she also played a significant role supporting administrative activities within Human Resources, including conducting training sessions and structuring projects such as the development of the Vacation Internship Program.

After nearly two years, she was invited to join a specialized recruitment consultancy, where she was responsible for leading strategic hires for the Legal, Tax, Compliance, Finance, and Human Resources departments, serving companies of various sizes and law firms.

In 2024, Isabella became part of the VITTORE team with the objective of further deepening her knowledge and skills in executive Recruitment & Selection for highly specialized markets. As a consultant, she is responsible for assisting VITTORE’s partners and associates in recruitment and proactive market mapping processes, primarily for the Legal, Compliance, and Corporate Affairs & ESG areas.
