Maria Eduarda holds a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Foreign Trade from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie. Her professional journey began as an intern in the HR department at LAR Construtora, where she supported Payroll activities, Recruitment & Selection, and Business Partner functions across various areas of the company.

In 2022, she joined a multinational Executive Search firm as an intern, an experience that provided her with specialization and focus in Recruitment and Selection. During this period, she had the opportunity to gain significant learning and support important projects, assisting in recruiting professionals at various seniority levels and commercial activities.

In August 2023, Maria Eduarda became part of the VITTORE team with the purpose of deepening her development in executive Recruitment & Selection, now focused on highly specialized, specific, and complex markets. As a consultant, she is responsible for assisting VITTORE’s partners and associates in recruitment and proactive market mapping processes, primarily for the Legal, Compliance, Tax, and Finance areas.
