Bianca Machado holds a Business Administration degree from Universidade Paulista (2021). She started her career in 2014 at PwC Brazil’s HR department as a young apprentice, part of the Talent Acquisition team focusing on hiring experienced professionals in every service line and supporting the company’s trainee program. In 2016, she was invited to work in HR at Banco BNP Paribas, where she was responsible for conducting the selection processes for all business areas and supporting the executive development and training needs.

In 2018, she accepted an invitation to join the recruitment and selection team at the Trench Rossi Watanabe law firm, where she had the opportunity to do more in-depth work and specialize in the lawyer selection processes for all the firm’s practices. Bianca was responsible for hiring professionals of different seniority levels and responding to all new employee training needs.

In January 2020, she became part of the VITTORE team, being one of those responsible for carrying out and managing all Secondment projects and leading recruitment positions in the Legal, Tax, Compliance, and Data Privacy departments.
