Tauan Mendonça holds a law degree from Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado (2010) and a post-graduate degree in Business Management from Fundação Dom Cabral.

He began his career practicing law in important banks with high profiles in the legal and environmental sector of Brazil, in the strategic civil litigation and judicial recovery processes areas. In 2011, he directed his career in the area of Executive Search, when he was invited to join the Legal, Compliance & Government Affairs team of a massive, specialized recruitment multinational. As a consultant, he led projects in these three areas of expertise for companies of various sizes and sectors, law firms, and financial institutions.

Tauan Mendonça is fluent in English – which he acquired when he lived in Salisbury, a town in the English county of Wiltshire, for a year – and has advanced knowledge of the German language, which he developed in Trier, Germany, where he studied his next-to-last year of law at the Universität Trier.
