Tauan Mendonça holds a degree in Law from Fundação Armando Álvares Penteado (2010) and is pursuing a postgraduate degree in Business Management at Fundação Dom Cabral. He began his career at prominent law firms highly regarded within Brazil’s legal and business sectors, working in strategic civil litigation and judicial recovery processes.

In 2011, he shifted his career toward Executive Search when he was invited to join the Legal, Compliance & Government Affairs team of a major multinational specialized recruitment firm. As a consultant, he led projects in these three areas for companies of various sizes and sectors, law firms, and financial institutions.

Tauan Mendonça is fluent in English, a proficiency he solidified during a year living in Salisbury, a city in the English county of Wiltshire, and has advanced knowledge of German, developed while studying his penultimate year of Law at Universität Trier in Germany.

As a founding partner of VITTORE, he is responsible for managing and leading projects in leadership roles within Legal, Data Privacy, Compliance & Corporate Affairs, as well as for business development and maintaining relationships with law firms and clients in our Financial Market pillar.
