Erica Andrade began her career as a trainee at J.P. Morgan Bank and, in 2009, entered the Executive Search market working as a researcher at a local consultancy, where she led several projects focused on financial institutions. In 2011, she was invited to work as a consultant for the Accountancy & Finance division at the São Paulo office of a major multinational specialized recruitment firm.

Working with companies of various sizes across all sectors of the economy, she managed projects in financial planning, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and valuation. Subsequently, she transitioned to the Tax division, where she expanded her knowledge in taxation, tax planning, fiscal matters, and the full range of legal tax routines.

Erica is one of the founders of VITTORE and, over the years, has been responsible for leading numerous Executive Recruitment and Market Mapping projects, assisting companies (both national and multinational), financial institutions, and law firms in talent acquisition in the Brazilian and LATAM markets.

In addition to maintaining direct relationships with all our clients, she is responsible for our Tax & Finance pillar and also leads strategic projects in the areas of Legal and Compliance.

Erica holds a degree in Economics from FEA-USP (2009) and in Business Administration from PUC-SP (2010).
