Erica Andrade holds a degree in Economics from the Faculdade de Economia, Administração e Contabilidade da Universidade de São Paulo (Faculty of Economics, Administration and Accounting at the University of São Paulo)/FEA-USP (2009) and in Administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo/PUC-SP (2010).

She began her career as a trainee at JP Morgan, and in 2009 she joined the Executive Search market as a researcher at a local consulting firm where she led projects focused on financial institutions. In 2011, she was invited to act as a consultant for the Accountancy & Finance division in the São Paulo office of a multinational specialized recruitment firm.

Working for companies of varying sizes in all sectors of the economy, Erica led projects in financial planning, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and valuation. Subsequently, she migrated to the TAX division where she expanded her knowledge of taxes, tax planning, and all fiscal and legal tax procedures. Erica speaks French, a tool she gained while living in France during the last year of FEA-USP at AIX Marseille Université.
